Sign in to DmWin safely, reset a forgotten password and fix the errors that block you.
The DmWin login screen has two fields and a button. When it fails, the cause is almost always one of five small things — all covered here, along with the password reset.
Logging in
- Tap DmWin Login or open the installed app.
- Choose Phone number login.
- Type your 10-digit number.
- Enter your password and tap Log in.
- You’ll land in the lobby with your balance on top.
Forgot password? Reset it
- On the login screen tap Forgot password.
- Enter your registered phone number.
- Tap Send and type the SMS OTP.
- Choose a new password and confirm.
- Log in with it.
The withdrawal password is separate — change it under Account → Settings after logging in.
Errors and fixes

DmWin login on a computer
Open the same link in Chrome, Edge or Firefox. On shared machines, don’t save the password and always log out from Account.
Protect your login
- Use a password you don’t use anywhere else.
- Never share OTPs — DmWin support doesn’t ask for them.
- Install the real app instead of searching each time.
- Watch history for bets or withdrawals you didn’t make.
Signs someone else used your account
- Bets or withdrawals you don’t recognise.
- Bank details changed.
- OTP messages you didn’t request.
If you see any of these, reset both passwords immediately and message support.
